Hello hello everyone! This week was amazing!!
Monday:
So we are trying something new with our ward this transfer. We are trying to help members with their missionary work and helping their friends come unto Christ. We always ask for referrals, but the thing is people don't normally think about these things everyday so when the missionaries ask they always say, "uhhh i dont know."
We are also trying to help our members with preparing for the temple and establishing families. Because the church is so new here in Taiwan the majority of the members think that baptism is it. That is all that we have to do here on earth. But there is more. There is always more. It's like climbing a mountain. The investigator gets baptized and thinks they are down and can "rest." And then there is the temple and then establishing a family. In the long run people just get discouraged and scared. So we are trying to help our members see the big goal in life. Moses 1:39. We all need to see the big picture. Eternal Life with our family. This is established by God and we need to trust Him. I am so happy to be helping God's children on their journey to return to Him no matter where they are on the path.

Tuesday:
We had a great ZTM in DaYa today. We got permission to watch a section of Space Jam in ZTM. You know the part where they drink, "Mike's Special Stuff?" We have our own missionary special stuff. We already have it and it is in us. We don't need supplements to make us strong. We just need to see that we have it.
We went on exchanges and I was able to go to Tan Zi with Sister Liu and SIster Kuang and Sister Eo. Sister Liu was my MTC companion so that was fun. Sister Kuang is a visa waiter and will be moving out in February. Sister Eo is from Korea. So Sister Eo came to my area and I went with SIster Kunag and Liu to Tan Zi. We had so much fun together. Both of those sisters are great missionaries. They work together and are great teachers, teaching to the investigators needs. I learned a lot about attitude and teamwork being with them.
Wednesday:
We went tracting near the church. And we tracted into someone that came to our church Christmas party! Her last name is Yang. She is a mom and supper cute. We had her phone number before and we called her to set up. She told us before that she had to ask her husband. Then when we were in her house we saw on a white board, "Meet with the missionaries ok?" with our phone number underneath. Cool! She is so awesome. Meeting her again next week.

Thursday:
Today was my year mark. So weird. I finally feel old.
We started hosting a mini English class for a group of moms and their kids. There is this amazing member who wants to help her friends come to the church. They will not come to the church meetings and the English class is too late for them. So we are having a scripture story/English class. We tell stories and sing and practice English. This kind of reminds me of cherubs. We had so much fun and the moms are warming up to the whole church thing.
We were on our way to dinner and we were passing Grace's house. We were planning on seeing her after dinner but, I had a strong prompting to go see her before dinner. But I could not remember where she lived. I looked and then we stopped at a red light and there she was waiting for the bus. She wasn't too happy to see us at first but then lightened up. She is so cute and needs love. Seeing her totally made my day.
We had a great lesson with Zhang Jie Mei and Chen Di Xiong. Zhang Jie Mei has improved with reading the Book of Mormon.
Tonight we planned to contact by McDonalds. I have never been so excited to talk with strangers my whole life. See what the gospel does to people? It is amazing :) And even though we got rejected a lot we still were able to meet some great people.

Friday:
Miracle of the day Mosiah: 3-4 Not much to share for the events of the day, but I am so grateful for Christ's Atonement and the ability to try again.
Saturday:
Today was great! I was on a spiritual high all day!
We tried something new today. We got a sign and wrote questions of the soul on it and did a survey. It totally worked! You just go up to people and ask if you can do a survey with them. They accept. We did this at a college campus so everyone probably thought that we were students doing some report. But we met a bunch of great people! Hard part is finals are this week and so all of the students are sooo busy.
We met with Titan and Vivi. They are the cutest couple! Titan wants to get baptized before February 6th. It was a great commandments lesson.
We met with Grace tonight. She was meeting with the elders but with specials permission she is meeting with us. I love her so much and can't wait until she gets baptized.

Sunday:
Titan and Vivi came to church today and they loved it! When they asked questions they would say, "When I am baptized...?" Made me so happy! They are quite the miracle.
We met with Zhou Jie Mei tonight. She is an active member and one of the most steadfast people I have ever met. She told us about her life. She has lost about 3 jobs and has moved 3 times in order to keep her standards. Whether it is keeping the Sabbath Day Holy or refusing to drink at cocktail hour. She never lowers her standards and even though life around her doesn't look too good she is soooo happy and full of joy in Christ.
Hope ya'll have a great week! Mormon 9:27-28
