Hi family and friends!
So I only have a little time to email today because our P-day is switched to Wednesday. We are going to the Temple on Wednesday. It will be Sister Nelson's first time! I am sooo excited :)) I love the temple.
Thanks family for the package! Totally made my day :) I needed everything in there :)) especially the letters.
Happy Thanksgiving! It is finally starting to feel like winter. The weather is changing. But it still gets warm.

We were with a member right before dinner and she asked if we had any plans for Thanksgiving. We didn't, so she took us out for hot pot. So Asian. But super good! We stuffed ourselves. But hey … it's Thanksgiving :)))
We switched up English teachers. So now Sister Nelson and I are teaching the beginner class. It is hard because our Chinese is not good and their English is not good. But that is ok we can all learn together.
Elder Stevenson, the new apostle, came to speak with us. His son is going home and so they came. And Elder Gathright (he was here last move call) got sealed with his family for all time and eternity this week. What is really cool is that Elder Stevenson and his family were the ones who baptized Elder Gathright. Elder Gathright baptized his mom right before his mission and then they just got sealed. Cool! The most important thing that I got out of that conference was, "Don't compare yourself to others. You will either get discouraged or prideful and both are not good." DONT COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS! :) only results in...well not happiness. It was a really good conference. And I got to see EVERYONE from my MTC district finally.

God answers prayers. So our plan and back up plan failed on Friday morning. We had no idea what to do. We need to start making back ups to our back ups. Anyhoo- we were on the side of the street and prayed. We prayed to know what to do. We thought that we should go up and contact at the Christian college. So we start walking up to the college. And amazing people were put into our path. We actually didn't make it to the college because we just kept on talking to people on the way there. I am so grateful for the Spirit and his guidance in our daily activities.
Grace came to church today. She is a special one. She does not want to listen to the missionary lessons but will come to church and the activities. We had to leave for a meeting and instead of leaving because we left she stayed and talked with the members. They are all so great and developing a great relationship :))
We made a goal to have a white Christmas this year. For every companionship to have a baptism the week of Christmas. It is a mission goal. And we are so excited to hit it. There are two people who are well on their way to baptism :)) I pray really really really hard that we can make this goal.
Love you all :)
See you on Wednesday
